I use the information I collect in only one way: to provide, operate, and deliver your order.

• Inquiry Details: they are used so I can better under what you need and what service I need to provide.
• Name: so I can talk to you like a human being, but also to be able to send you the goods you ordered.
• Email: so I can answer your request and we can discuss the details.
• Phone number: for some countries outside Europe, I need to provide your phone number to the Post Office, I will not, and I never had used before, your phone number to contact you.
• Country and city: so I can estimate the final pricing for you. I include delivery fees in my pricing, but only for Europe, that’s why.

If I’m asking you for another type of data, you’ll be informed on what purpose and you’ll always have the right to refuse.

Log Files

Lord Leathercraft follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
